I’m Syeda Mushda Ali. A 20+ yr old girl from the bustling city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I’m studying Architecture and absolutely loving it. I’ve been into Photography for almost 5 yrs now, and what started out as a mere time-pass activity has managed to turn into a full fledged passion of mine. You can mostly describe me as a self-portrait artist, and that is because I tend to be the most available guinea pig around for the stuff I want to represent in my work. I don’t work commercially, although, I plan to do so in the future if given the proper opportunity.
My favorite photography moment would be when I create something totally unexpected. I don’t normally work all planned and ready to shoot. I usually tend to work with whatever I have available at the moment, and ideas usually come to me shooting through the stars. I love natural light, and I love being able to capture it in all its true glory.
People fascinate me. However, the guts required to go out on the streets and be able to capture raw moments completely confuses my system. I wish and hope, that one day, I would be enlightened and be able to achieve the level of street photography that I want to achieve in my work.
I’m inspired a lot, and mostly from music. And never a particular kind.
